Who can use ProAtleta Consult

• Golfers must be at least 13. Golfers under 18 need a parent or guardian's approval.
• Coach accounts are only for current members of an NCAA college golf coaching staff. We verify coaches and may remove any account we can't verify.
• Parent accounts are for a golfer's parent or legal guardian.
• You must give accurate information, including your age, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Recruiting rules are your responsibility

ProAtleta Consult shows NCAA contact windows and limits some messaging to help everyone follow the rules. These features are a simplified guide, not legal or compliance advice. NCAA rules change and have exceptions. Coaches are responsible for their own compliance with NCAA and institutional rules, and golfers and families should check with the NCAA Eligibility Center or a compliance office when unsure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully or send sexual or inappropriate content to anyone;
• pretend to be someone else, including a coach, golfer or parent;
• post false or misleading results, statistics or offers;
• send spam, or use the coach directory for bulk or automated email;
• collect other users' information, or copy the service using bots or scrapers;
• try to get around our safety features, such as blocks or parental approval.

Please report anything that worries you using the Report link on profiles and conversations. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we may tell the appropriate authorities when someone's safety is at risk.

Your content

You own the information and content you add. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people allowed to see it, so we can run ProAtleta Consult. You confirm you have the right to share it, for example videos you link to.

Coach directory

Directory listings come from public sources and may be out of date or incomplete. Listing a coach doesn't mean they use ProAtleta Consult or endorse it. Contact coaches individually and respectfully.

No guarantees

ProAtleta Consult helps golfers and coaches connect. It doesn't guarantee recruitment, scholarships, roster spots or admission. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or ProAtleta Consult will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country or state gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
